A FRESH WAY TO HYDATE

It’s important to stay hydrated right?

It is recommended that we should be drinking at least 2 litres of water a day to help keep our body functioning. I am pretty good at drinking water and it does make me feel so much better, even if I feel like I am always needing to go to the toilet!

Sometimes water can be flavourless and boring, here’s where adding those small tweaks can help you drink more. Fruit is fab for adding to your drink or you can place it into a infusing water bottle to have with you when your on the go.

Pinterest have some amazing ways to spice up your water to make it more appealing. Adding ice always helps me to I can’t stand room temperature water unless it is necessary. No added sugar squash is also a good alternative in small amounts to add some flavour if drinking it plain is a chore for you. There are so many varieties of squash you can now buy from your local supermarkets.

Some of the things I like to add are lemon, lime, mint, orange, strawberries and the list could go on. Your water doesn’t have to be boring, it can be anything you want it to be.

Water really is the best way to stay hydrated and I know your body will thank you for it!
